Letter From The CEO

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site to learn more about Go Ye Employment Services. As you navigate our website, you may begin to realize that Go Ye has a large commitment to making a difference in our home region of Western Arkansas. We have been a part of this community since January 1, 2000, and since that time we have striven to find ways to reinvest into the region that has supported us for so long.

Go Ye has been the driving force behind such initiatives as the annual Small Business Development Fair and the Western Arkansas Forums, as well as our recently implemented “No Application Left Behind” program. Though these programs were organized and created by Go Ye, these are not programs we could operate on our own.  Go Ye has been fortunate to be able to collaborate with regional organizations to offer these programs. Go Ye will continue to explore new ways to add value for both our candidates (job seekers / employees) and our clients (employers). We rely on communication and feedback from our customers to mold and adapt our business model to service the needs of those we serve.

To help maintain a high level of service to our clients, we have constructed multiple benefits that assist our agency in staying competitive to recruit and retain the best talent! Our candidate benefits consist of offering services to our employees such as wealth management strategies via health savings accounts, supplemental AFLAC insurance options after 30 days of employment (life, short-term disability, cancer, hospital, accident, critical care, dental, vision, etc.), and options to enroll into ACA-compliant insurance after 90 days of employment.

Our services extend further than employment services (staffing, insurance, wealth management) by offering pre-employment services, personal development opportunities and general adult education resources. To really differentiate ourselves and stay competitive in a global marketplace, our agency must offer more than basic staffing services, and we do.
