Jerry Crawford – President

Jerry began Go Ye Employment Services on January 1, 2000. Though it was not the first, it was the most recent of his entrepreneurial feats. Along with being a small business owner, Jerry also held a full-time job while faithfully fulfilling the dual roles of husband and father. He has been responsible for previous mergers & acquisitions and has overseen multiple business growth opportunities, allowing Go Ye to develop into the community minded organization it is today. He continually provides leadership and wisdom to his team, leading Go Ye prudently into the ever-changing future.
Miles H. Crawford – CEO
Miles began his career with Go Ye Employment Services in November of 2006. His first role within the company was Staffing Specialist, working his way up to Office Manager, Regional Manager and eventually earning the title of CEO in the fall of 2012. Miles has earned his TSC, CSP and CSC designations through the American Staffing Association. Miles holds both Life & Health as well as Property & Casualty insurance licenses in the state of Arkansas. He is an alumni of the 2015 class of Leadership Fort Smith, as well as a graduating member of the inaugural ‘Emerging Leaders Program’ through the Small Business Administration. Miles enjoys serving the Fort Smith region and serves in many capacities within the community. Previously he has served as the president of the Staffing Association of Arkansas, as chairman for the Western Arkansas Workforce Development Board, a volunteer with the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce, and served as the co-campaign manager for Cindy Crawford, now State Representative for Arkansas’s District 76.
Kayla Bray – Director of Recruitment
Kayla is the Director of Recruitment and Onboarding for Go Ye Employment Services. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with a primary focus in Organizational Leadership and a secondary focus in Business Administration from University of Arkansas- Fort Smith. Kayla has worked in the Human Resources and Recruitment fields for over 6 years. Previously, she worked in the healthcare and transportation industries. She understands that positive candidate and client experiences are of utmost importance. She is customer service oriented and a highly organized team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Her empathy and ability to connect with others let her help meet the needs of businesses by thoroughly understanding the needs of our both our clients and our candidates.
Christal Moua – Talent Acquisition Specialist
Christal is the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Go Ye Employment Services. She received her bachelor’s degree in Media Communications with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. Prior to joining GoYe she worked in the nuclear industry where she recruited various positions from entry-level specialty crafts to professional services. She understands strong core values is the foundation to success. This in combination with her highly developed analytical mind, customer service skills, and positive outlook, any goal is attainable. Christal currently provides full life-cycle talent acquisition, develops sourcing strategies, ensures successful on-boarding experience, and works closely with clients to achieve talent goals.
