Jerry began Go Ye Employment Services on January 1, 2000. Though it was not the first, it was the most recent of his entrepreneurial feats. Along with being a small business owner, Jerry also held a full-time job while faithfully fulfilling the dual roles of husband and father. He has been responsible for previous mergers & acquisitions and has overseen multiple business growth opportunities, allowing Go Ye to develop into the community minded organization it is today. He continually provides leadership and wisdom to his team, leading Go Ye prudently into the ever-changing future.
Miles H. Crawford – CEO
Miles began working at Go Ye Employment Services in November of 2006. His first role within the company was Staffing Specialist, working his way up to Office Manager, Regional Manager and eventually earning the title of CEO in the fall of 2012. Miles has earned his TSC, CSP and CSC designations through the American Staffing Association. He also holds Life & Health as well as Property & Casualty insurance licenses in the state of Arkansas. He is an alumni of the 2015 class of Leadership Fort Smith, as well as a graduating member of the inaugural ‘Emerging Leaders Program’ in the state of Arkansas. He has served in many different roles through many organizations and continually looks for innovative ways to support local business and invest into his community. Miles has served as a volunteer with the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce, the President of the Staffing Association of Arkansas, and most recently he has received his second consecutive appointment as Chairman for the Western Arkansas Workforce Development Board.
Amber Henson – Talent Acquisition Manager
Amber is the Talent Acquisition Director and Human Capital Generalist for Go Ye Employment Services. She has her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration & Accounting as well as a second Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences. She will have her Bachelors Degree in Business Management in December of 2017. Amber will work to fulfill your business, staffing and employment needs. She will always take the time to listen and understand your business vision; as well as, working to build quality relationships that when combined with our access to the best talent, allow delivery of quality employees. She will stay connected with both employers and employees to ensure we meet your expectations at all times. Working together, Amber will develop a strategic partnership to build a reputable company and employee relationship.
