Temporary Staffing

From last minute fill-ins to long-term project staff, we provide temporary employees with the skills and experience you require. Some of the reasons clients may need temporary services are listed below:

Temp-to-Hire (Permanent)

The temp-to-hire arrangement is often referred to as the “try before you buy” arrangement. This is a popular method of hiring for many employers. This arrangement allows an employer to take advantage of a period in which the employee is considered the employee of the staffing agency, allowing employers to enjoy a period of time to observe the employee and his/her work habits. They may then opt to hire them on as a permanent member of their staff at the end of the ninety–day period.  **Note, at any time during this 90-day period the employer may opt to ‘buy-out’ any remaining time the employee has yet to complete and hire them on.

Direct Hire

You don’t owe us anything until you hire a candidate we have screened and referred to you. As your recruiting partner, we manage all aspects of the recruiting and hiring process, including but not limited to:

Teaming Arrangements

The goal of this event is to connect small business owners to resources that will assist them with taking their business to the next level. Payrolling

We handle every aspect of payroll administration, from the weekly payroll being issued to the employees, all the way to year-end W-2’s.
